Ángel Bonet is an expert in innovation and social impact, author, lecturer and currently the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer en Minsait (an Indra company), a spanish technology and services multinational with over 30,000 members of staff in 90 countries. He is also a startup, national and multinational company advisor.

Bonet was born with entrepreneurial vocation, hence why he became one of the founders of DaemonQuest, -first consultancy firm in Spain specialized in Custom Strategy & Intelligence-, it was sold to Deloitte when it had 200 workforce and a billing of 20 million euros with offices in Madrid, Lisboa, México and Miami.

He is also the founder and president of the first social impact accelerator in Spain: Unltd Spain Foundation. This accelerator company supports over 15,000 start-ups in 10 countries, 52 of them in Spain, becoming one of the worldwide referent in the ecosystem of social entrepreneurship.


Graduated in Business Management and Administration in Barcelona, Ángel Bonet holds more than 20 years professional experience in the areas of Marketing and Business in services industry companies. He also has a Master in Sales Management from EADA (Barcelona) and a Master in Commercial Management and Marketing by the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid), leading Professional Service Firms (Harvard BS).

He was the commercial director and member of the steering committee in Grupo A de Azafatas (Task Force leader) and Euphon-Sono (leader in audiovisual communication).

As a teacher, he gathers a wide experience in Marketing, Innovation and Sales and he currently is a collaborating professor in the area of Marketing de ESADE y Deusto. In addition to this, he has been invited in some of the most relevant educational institutions around the world (Iese, IE, Esic, La Salle, Ipade, TEC Monterrey...).

He is the co-author of "The Digital Consumer" and author of "The technological tsunami and how to surf it!" where he analyzes the process of digital transformation at the present moment. This last one, published by Deusto from Grupo Planeta, is a solidarity book which donates the 100% of the sale benefits to the Irene Villa Foundation, which develops a variety of social insertion projects.

In his conferences Ángel Bonet speaks about his three passions: the disruptive technologies, the social impact of the new companies from the 21st century and the future tendencies. Likewise he firmly believes in making our world a better place, through the creation and transformation of companies, like change engines, and the usage of new disruptive technologies to improve the big challenges of mankind.

Bonet participates actively in the publishing of opinion articles in the most important national media as well as in Latinoamerica. He is lecturer in specialized events in the area (MSF, Expomanagement, Marketing and Sales World Forum, Hoy es Marketing, Tecnomarketing, etc...), work-shops in boards of directors and management committees. He is also a coacher of family businessmen, trustee and founder of the Social Business Foundation and partner of the Circulo de Empresarios.
